Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship within the United States.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Because Cairó offers a curated selection of products from trusted partners, shipping times may vary slightly by item.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Most orders: 5–10 business days
- Apparel (made to order): 7–14 business days
These timeframes include processing and transit. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to carrier delays or periods of high demand.
Shipping Rates
- Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $65
- Orders under $65 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout
All shipping fees, if applicable, are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Fulfillment
Some items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. This allows us to work with specialized partners while maintaining quality, sustainability, and care in fulfillment.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. If the issue persists, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Cairó is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
