Returns & Refunds Policy
At Cairó, we stand behind the quality of everything we offer. Because our products include health, personal care, and made-to-order items, our return policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with safety standards.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Return requests submitted after 30 days cannot be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Additional conditions apply to certain product categories, outlined below.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Supplements, ingestible products, and personal care items once opened, used, or unsealed
- Made-to-order or custom apparel, including print-on-demand clothing, unless defective or incorrect
- Sale items and gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before submitting a request.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Contact us promptly at thecairocompany.co@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. When applicable, we may request photos to help evaluate the situation.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at thecairocompany.co@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing occurs within 10 business days
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend:
- Returning the eligible item
- Placing a new order once the return is approved
This allows us to process orders accurately and efficiently.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
This right does not apply to items that are custom-made or sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened.
